Cooks Delights Ltd, an award-winning food service supplier, is seeking Chinese speakers to join its dynamic sales & marketing team. Candidates must have good communication skills and positive attitudes. The experience of working in sales or in restaurants is an advantage.

Key duties include:
Assist customers to place orders through telephone, email or fax
Contact regular customers to take orders and advise sales, introducing new products and promoting sales items
Look after allocated customers and solve all sorts of customer queries
Repair old customers and convert them into active accounts
Meet agreed sales target and other performance requirements
Customer service

Requirements
Fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
Sales experience, or experience working in restaurants.
Good telephone communication skills.
Good customer service skills.
